This Consent is given to the Operator for performing the following actions with my personal data as: collecting, organizing, storing, adjusting (updating, changing), depersonalizing, and destroying, as well as for performing any other actions envisaged by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, in both automated and / or non-automated ways / tools.
This Consent is given to the Operator for processing my personal data for the following purposes:
- providing services / executing work to me;
- sending me notifications relating to the provided services / performed work;
- preparing and sending answers to my requests;
- sending me information, including promotional content, about events / products / services / works of the Operator.
This Consent is valid indefinitely until its withdrawal by sending the relevant notification to the bx24@itgrix.com email address.
If I withdraw my consent for to the personal data processing, the Operator has the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2 - 11 of part 1 of article 6, in part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of law of the Russian Federation N 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
